Black Market Sake has been lucky enough to work with Naka Shuzo for a number of years now and each year we have put aside small parcels of the incredible Asahi Wakamatsu from Naka Shuzo. We have now decided to release an exciting 3 pack of these amazing sake. Showcasing three different bottling’s of the Asahi Wakamastu ‘Omachi’ sake from 2012, 2014 & 2016. All Omachi rice, same Naka yeast, all made the same way. This is a brilliant opportunity to see the development of this truly exceptional product.
