COCKTAIL RECIPE
HOSHIKO SOUR
30ml Hoshiko
30ml Gin
15ml Braulio Amaro (or any herbal Amaro)
30ml lemon juice
15ml fresh egg white
Pour all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, with a lid and dry shake to emulsify the ingredients together (shaking without ice first helps create a foamier cocktail). Add a couple of cubes of ice and shake again, to chill the cocktail.
When well shaken and foamy, strain into a chilled coupe.
