COCKTAIL RECIPE
MELON SPRITZ
30ml Ota Shuzo Melon Liqueur
30ml Gin
1 bottle Fever Tree Tonic water
1/4 honeydew melon
Using a melon baller, scoop 3 melon balls (per cocktail) pierce onto a cocktail skewer.
Build the cocktail in a tall collins glass, filled half way with ice.
Pour over Melon Liqueur and Gin, top up with Tonic water and stir.
Garnish by resting the skewer of melon balls across the top of the glass.
(Melon balls will keep for 3 days in sugar syrup in the fridge)
