Shiso & Ume Spritz 

30ml Red Shiso Liqueur 

20ml Umeshu Nigori 

1 bottle Kimino Sparkling Ume soft drink 

Garnish: 1 large Shiso leaf

Add ice to wine glass until it is nearly full. 

Pour in the Red Shiso Liqueur, then the Umeshu, top up the glass with Kimino Sparkling Ume.

Garnish with a Shiso leaf.
