SPARKLING SHISO

30ml Red Shiso Liqueur 

60ml Kidoizumi Shuzo Sparkling Sake 

In a tumbler filled with ice, pour over the Red Shiso liqueur, top with Sparkling Sake. 

Slide in Shiso leaf to garnish.
