COCKTAIL RECIPE
UME + SHISO MARGARITA
30ml Ota Shuzo ‘Dokan’ Umeshu
30ml Tequila Anejo
20ml Red Shiso Liqueur
20ml lemon juice
Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Pour in all ingredients. Place the lid on tightly, then shake well to mix and chill the cocktail.
Strain into a chilled coupe.
