COCKTAIL RECIPE
UMESHU SPRITZ
45ml Tatsumi Distillery Gin
30ml Ota Shuzo ‘Dokan’ Umeshu
1 bottle Kimino Sparkling Ume
Garnish - one whole Umesboshi
Fill a tall collins glass with ice cubes. Pour over Gin and Umeshu.
Top up glass with sparkling Ume, stir gently.
Garnish with an Umeboshi skewered on a cocktail skewer.
