SCARLET Orange Amaro
There is an essential key botanical in "SCARLET" produced by Iseya Shuzo. It is "blood orange" that is produced with great care in Ehime Prefecture.
Only the peel (PEEL) is used for "Aperitivo" and "Cask Marriage," but the flesh (JUICE) is not used. It was the Iseya Shuzo team and a total of 70 volunteers who helped peel and juice by hand 1,200 kg of blood oranges to breathe life into this by-product as Orange Amaro.
The fresh blood oranges are hand-squeezed and immediately transferred to the tank, so you can feel the freshness of the fruit directly. First try it straight, and then use that inspiration to try various cocktail arrangements. Sediment (condensed ingredients) will appear at the bottom of the bottle, so you can enjoy the difference in taste by stirring it to your liking.

15 types of botanicals are used.
(This is a limited production item and is bottled with a cork stopper. There may be sediment on rare occasions, this is hand-bottled product thus filtration is minimal to keep the character of the drink intact.)
