The Spirits and Gin was born from the manufacturing process of healthy foods made of WILD GRASS. It is only Echigo Yasuko that can produce the Spirits and Gin, who have researched wild grass and enzymes in Joetsu district, Niigata. Made of 80 kinds of ingredients being mainly composed of wild grass, these were named after “THE HERBALIST YASO” by combining “80” and “YASOU”. Please enjoy the new, precious Yaso made up for the natural vitality of wild grass.
Using YASO SPIRITS, fresh spearmint, shiso leaves and rosemary are macerated in absinthe distilled from wild herbs such as wormwood, anise and star anise.
The spearmint, shiso leaves, and rosemary used are pesticide-free and grown in Japan. In addition to its fresh and invigorating aroma, the liquid colour is characterised by the natural hue derived from vegetable ingredients.
Enjoy YASO Absinthe Prototype 03, which has been improved to achieve the ideal rise to milky white colour.
