The Spirits and Gin was born from the manufacturing process of healthy foods made of WILD GRASS. It is only Echigo Yasuko that can produce the Spirits and Gin, who have researched wild grass and enzymes in Joetsu district, Niigata. Made of 80 kinds of ingredients being mainly composed of wild grass, these were named after “THE HERBALIST YASO” by combining “80” and “YASOU”. Please enjoy the new, precious Yaso made up for the natural vitality of wild grass.

This new craft gin is richly infused with orange peel. It is made with sour and juicy Valencia orange peel and sweet and aromatic navel orange peel, with spices added.
