COCKTAIL RECIPE
HOSHIKO + AMARO SPRITZ
30ml Hoshiko
30ml Cynar (Or other Amaro)
15ml Heiwa Shuzo Yuzushu
1 bottle Fever Tree Tonic water
Garnish - one Lemon
Fill a tall collins with large cubes of ice.
Pour over Hoshiko, Cynar and Yuzushu.
Top up with tonic water and gently stir.
Garnish with a lemon wedge.
