WHITE OAK HIGHBALL

45ml White Oak ‘Akashi Black’ Blended Whiskey

10ml Heiwa Shuzo Yuzushu

1 bottle Fever Tree Soda water

Garnish - one Lemon

Fill a tall glass with ice. 

Pour over Whiskey and Yuzushu. Stir gently to combine.

Top up glass with soda water, stirring as you pour.

Garnish with a twist of lemon.
