SCARLET Cask Marriage

The Cask Marriage is a yearly bottling from Iseya Distillery. It is made by maturing the amaro in used Japanese Whisky casks for 12-18 months.

It has an incredible balance of bitterness and sweetness.

Ingredients:

Barrel: Japanaese whisky

Grasses:  wormwood, fennel, sage

Roots: Silkie, Angelica　etc.

Bark: Cinnamon etc.

Blood orange peal, etc.

ALCOHOL: 28%

BATCH: 1000 litres

SIZE: 700ml
